目的：研究针对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施术前综合护理干预对于其康复效果的具体作用和影响。方法：将笔者所在科室收治的人工全髋关节置换术患者进行分组护理，研究组均在术前采取综合护理以及干预，对比组所有患者则只进行常规护理。结果：研究组患者术后首次顺利排尿比例显著高于对比组，术后第4周康复训练计划完成优良率显著优于对比组，术后Harris评分显著优于对比组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对人工全髋关节置换术患者进行科学的术前综合护理以及干预，可以有效提高治疗效果，有效减少并发症，促进患者尽快康复。

Objective:To study the specific role and impact of postoperative rehabilitative effects of preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for total hip replacement surgery.Method:Patients with total hip replacement surgery in my department admissibility were divided into two groups,the research group was given preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention,compare group was given routine care.Result:The rate of first successful voiding in research group was significantly higher than that in the compare group,the good rate of completion of the rehabilitation training program in forth week in research group was significantly better than that in the compare group,postoperative Harris hip score in research group was significantly better than that in the compare group,these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with total hip replacement surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,can effectively reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.
