设计一种电动燃油泵的全自动性能测试系统,该系统以PLC控制作为系统核心,负责检测传感信息数据的读取,以及检测系统控制信号的输出。同时上位机控制软件通过串口与PLC进行通信连接,采用人机交互软件界面控制,实现对电动燃油泵性能测试系统的实时、可视化和全自动的控制,缩短了检测的时间,提高检测的精度和效率。

Proposes a design of an automatic performance test system for electric fuel pump based on PLC. PLC control works as the core of the system, which is in charge of data acquisition from test sensors or transducers, and output of system control signals. The upper computer commni-cates with the PLC through serial port with human-computer interaction software, the test sys-tem can be controlled real time, automaticly and in visually. In result, the test duration is re-duced but the accuracy and efficiency is improved.
