课堂教学作为高职院校人才培养的主渠道，是培养学生创新素质的关键环节，通过分析课堂教学中培养大学生创新素质的必要性，提出高职院校课堂教学中培养学生创新素质的策略，即“转变教学观念、创新教学设计、更新教学方式、改革考试方式”。
課堂教學作為高職院校人纔培養的主渠道，是培養學生創新素質的關鍵環節，通過分析課堂教學中培養大學生創新素質的必要性，提齣高職院校課堂教學中培養學生創新素質的策略，即“轉變教學觀唸、創新教學設計、更新教學方式、改革攷試方式”。
과당교학작위고직원교인재배양적주거도，시배양학생창신소질적관건배절，통과분석과당교학중배양대학생창신소질적필요성，제출고직원교과당교학중배양학생창신소질적책략，즉“전변교학관념、창신교학설계、경신교학방식、개혁고시방식”。
Classroom teaching is the main channel of talents training in higher vocational colleges and a key link in cultivating the innovation quality of the students. This paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating students’innovation quality in classroom teaching, puts forward the ways of training students’innovation quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, namely“changing the teaching ideas, innovating teaching designs, updating teaching methods, reforming test methods”.
