　　电子通信行业是当今社会生命力最为活跃的先导性高新技术产业，自改革开放以来，其一直保持着高速的发展状态，有力的推动着整个国民经济产业结构向着更高阶的阶段发展，并促进了我国国民经济和对外贸易的增长。经过多年的发展，虽然我国在电子通信产业方面有了一定的规模，但是实力方面还不够强，主要表现在自主研发和创新能力比较薄弱，缺乏核心技术和知识产权，在市场上的竞争力相对还很薄弱。

The electronic communication industry is the leading industry of new and high technology active the social vitality,since the reform and opening up,the development state has maintained a high-speed,effective in promoting the national economy industrial structure toward more advanced stages of development,and promote China’s national economy and foreign trade growth.After years of development,although our country has a certain scale in the electronic communications industry,but strength is not strong, mainly in R & D and innovation ability is weak,the lack of core technology and intellectual property,competition in the market is relatively weak.
