土地资源的合理利用直接关系到社会经济的可持续发展。该文简述了贵州省三都县的自然状况和土地资源利用现状，针对县城土地利用存在的主要问题进行分析，并提出合理利用土地的对策建议。

토지자원적합리이용직접관계도사회경제적가지속발전。해문간술료귀주성삼도현적자연상황화토지자원이용현상，침대현성토지이용존재적주요문제진행분석，병제출합리이용토지적대책건의。
Rational use of land resources is directly related to the sustainable development of social economy. Based on the regional nature general situation and the land utilization situation,the main problems of land utiliza-tion in Sandu County were analyzed roundly in this paper.Therefore countermeasures and suggestions of sustain-able land utilization were put forward.
