目的：评估奥施康定(OxyContin)用于胃癌中晚期患者的镇痛效果，同时观察奥施康定对于胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择68例胃癌中晚期患者给予奥施康定进行镇痛处理。初始剂量为10mg/12h。在治疗期间，用药剂量根据疼痛缓解程度进行调整，疗程持续15天以上。同时，对服药后的不良反应以及患者生活质量进行观察并记录。结果：奥施康定对中、重度胃癌疼痛的有效率分别为100%和92.0%，能够显著改善患者的睡眠质量和精神状态，同时不良反应较轻。结论：奥施康定能够有效控制中晚期胃癌疼痛，同时明显提高患者的生活质量。
목적：평고오시강정(OxyContin)용우위암중만기환자적진통효과，동시관찰오시강정대우위암환자생활질량적영향。방법：선택68례위암중만기환자급여오시강정진행진통처리。초시제량위10mg/12h。재치료기간，용약제량근거동통완해정도진행조정，료정지속15천이상。동시，대복약후적불량반응이급환자생활질량진행관찰병기록。결과：오시강정대중、중도위암동통적유효솔분별위100%화92.0%，능구현저개선환자적수면질량화정신상태，동시불량반응교경。결론：오시강정능구유효공제중만기위암동통，동시명현제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of OxyContin in the treatment of moderate or severe pain in patients with gastric cancer and to observe any improvement on the cancer patients' quality of life.Methods:Oxycontin was administered at an initial dose of 10 mg every 12h.During the course of treatment, the dosage was adjusted according to the patients' condition until the pain completely disappeared or nearly did so.Results:The overall rate of relief from moderate and severe pain was 100% and 92.0% respectively. Oxycontin had mild adverse reactions and patients' quality of life was markedly improved.Conclusion:Oxycontin is effective in postoperative pain control on patients with gastric cancer. The adverse reactions of Oxycontin are mild, and the drug can significantly improve the quality of life of patients after the surgery.
