1例41岁女性患者因肾病综合征给予低分子右旋糖酐注射液250 mL+呋塞米注射液40 mg，qd，ivgtt。输注至8 min时患者突然出现恶心、呕吐，伴腹痛、全身大汗、精神萎靡，测BP 95/70 mm Hg，HR 90~95次·min-1，立即停止输液。给予异丙嗪注射液（12.5 mg，im）、地塞米松注射液（5 mg，iv）以及奥美拉唑注射液（60 mg，iv），20 min后测BP 120/80 mm Hg，患者继而出现寒战，T 39.5℃，给予物理降温，肌注柴胡注射液4 mL。患者仍述腹痛，尤以下腹部明显，给予导尿，1 h后腹痛缓解，恶心、呕吐消失，3h后体温下降，患者病情逐渐平稳。

1례41세녀성환자인신병종합정급여저분자우선당항주사액250 mL+부새미주사액40 mg，qd，ivgtt。수주지8 min시환자돌연출현악심、구토，반복통、전신대한、정신위미，측BP 95/70 mm Hg，HR 90~95차·min-1，립즉정지수액。급여이병진주사액（12.5 mg，im）、지새미송주사액（5 mg，iv）이급오미랍서주사액（60 mg，iv），20 min후측BP 120/80 mm Hg，환자계이출현한전，T 39.5℃，급여물리강온，기주시호주사액4 mL。환자잉술복통，우이하복부명현，급여도뇨，1 h후복통완해，악심、구토소실，3h후체온하강，환자병정축점평은。
A 41-year-old female patient received intravenous infusion of low molecular dextran injection 250 mL and furosemide injection 40 mg once daily for nephrotic syndrome. About 8 minutes later, the patient suddenly developed sick, vomiting, abdominal pain, sweating, depression with blood pressure of 95/70 mm Hg, heart rate of 90-95 beats per minute. Then the infusion was stopped immediately, and the patient was given promethazine injection (12.5 mg, im), dexamethasone injection (5 mg, iv) as well as omeprazole injection (60 mg, iv). About 20 minutes later, the patient presented with the blood pressure of 120/80 mm Hg, the temperature of 39.5 ℃, ague. Then the patient was given physical cooling, bupleurum injection 4 mL and urethral catheterization. One hour later, abdominal pain relieved, and the sick, vomitting disappeared. After 3 hours of comprehensive treatment, the patient's condition became stable gradually.
