为了提高实验室仪器设备的使用效率,提出了一种仪器集成的幅频特性分析仪的设计与实现方法。它以DDS函数信号源、数字示波器和普通计算机作为硬件平台,在计算机上配置LabVIEW 8.6程序,控制函数信号源产生测试所需扫频信号,由数字示波器采集扫频信号和测试网络的响应信号,最后经计算机分析计算和显示,较好地实现了幅频特性测量。利用仪器集成方法实现幅频特性测量,具有系统结构简单、容易配置、高效率和低成本的特点,是现有商业设备的一种有效替换方案。

In order to improve the use efficiency of instruments and devices in laboratory,an implementation method of di-gital amplitude frequency characteristic analyzer integrated by several instruments is proposed in this paper. It takes DDS func-tion signal generator,digital oscilloscope and common PC as the hardware platform,in which the LabVIEW8.6 is configured in computer to control the function signal generator to produce sweep-frequency signal needed in the test. The sweep signal and the response signal of a network under test are collected by digital oscilloscope. The amplitude frequency characteristic measrement is implemented effetively by analysis,computation and display in computer. It has advanges of simple structure,easy configura-tion,high efficiency and low cost. It is an efficient replacement of commercial device.
