无人机电力巡检作为处理电力线路日常维护和应急处置的高效手段,已逐步取代传统的巡检方式而被广泛应用。为实现电力线路的安全巡检,针对无人机电力安全巡检的飞行平台和特殊环境,在此设计了一种光纤IMU数据采集系统,通过石英加速度计和光纤陀螺仪敏感载体的加速度和角速度信息,利用FPGA并行处理的特点及其丰富的I/O接口,实时采集其输出的原始脉冲数据,并利用多个数字温度传感器通过分布式网络点测试结构实现对光纤IMU多点温度信息的采集。最后将数据打包发送给上位机进行存储、分析和滤波等处理,从而计算出无人机电力巡检所需的位置、速度和姿态等信息,最终实现无人机电力线路的安全巡检工作。

UAV power inspection as an efficient means of power lines routine maintenance and emergency disposal,has gradually replaced the traditional inspection and is widely used. In order to achieve the safety inspection for the power line,a fi-ber IMU data acquisition system was designed according to the flying platform and special environment of UAV electrical power inspection. Through acceleration and angular velocity information of the quartz accelerometer and fiber optic gyro sensitive car-rier,the system can execute the real-time acquision of the output original pulse data by utilizing the parallel processing charac-teristics and rich I/O interfaces of FPGA. Besides,multiple digital temperature sensors are adopted to achieve the acquisition of multi-point temperature information of the fiber-optic IMU through the distributed network point test structure. Then the data was sent to the upper computer for storage,analysis and filtering to calculate the position,velocity and attitude information needed by UAV Power inspection,and ultimately complete the UAV power line safety inspection.
