　　回顾性分析72例 PICC 置管患者带管出院后出现并发症的相关原因，提出相应的处理对策。患者出院后维护不及时，出现问题时处理方法不当以及知识缺乏，不配合治疗是出现并发症的主要原因；加强 PICC 置管患者出院后的门诊维护和健康教育对提高导管的留置率和安全性十分重要。72例患者中出现导管局部感染4例，皮肤过敏3例，导管回血2例，堵管2例，导管不完全性脱出1例，经过正确处理后，症状均得到控制并好转。

A retrospective analysis for causes of complications in 72 patients with PICC after discharge was conducted and corresponding countermeasures were put forward in this paper. Major causes of complications included without prompt maintenance, a lack of knowledge and patients’ nonadherence to the treatment. Outpatient maintenance and health education play a critical part in improving the indwelling rate and safety of catheter. In the study, local infection occurred in four cases, skin allergy in 3, backstreaming of blood in 2, blocked catheter in 2 and incomplete fall-off of catheter in 1. After treatment, all complications were controlled and improved.
