目的:调查三级甲等医院护士工作满意度现状,分析其影响因素,以期为提出有针对性的管理策略提供依据。方法2012年5-6月,采用分层抽样选取某市8所三级甲等医院的1151名护士为研究对象,采用一般人口统计学资料调查表、护士工作满意度评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果26~30岁的护士占总人数的25.0%;大专和本科护士两者共占89.1%;工作年限在15~20年的护士人数最多,占26.2%;主管护师、护师及护士分别占32.4%,31.8%和33.4%。护士工作满意度总评分为(90.33±13.22)分。不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职务、职称的护士工作满意度评分的差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论护士的工作满意度不高,管理者应积极采取有效管理措施,提高和改进医院护士群体的工作满意度。

Objective To investigate the job satisfaction and its impact factors of class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital nurses and to provide useful information for the formation of specific management strategies .Methods Samples of 1151 nurses from 8 Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals were randomly selected by using stratified sam-pling method .A questionary for normal population statistics and a scale for job satisfaction evaluation of nurses were adopted in this questionnaire survey .Results 25 .0% of the nurses were observed at the age from 26 to 30 .89 .1% of the nurses were observed to have College or Bachelor degree .A 26 .2% of the nur-ses were observed to have the length of service major from 15 to 20 years .The majority respondents are nurse-in-charger ,nurse practitioner ,and nurses were occupied 32 .4% ,31 .8% and 33 .4% respectively . The total score of the satisfaction level of nursing job was(90 .33 ± 13 .22) .Results There is significant difference(P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) in job satisfaction regarding the length ofworking ,age ,degree ,position , and title .Conclusion Nurses generally had low satisfaction towards their job .Managers should adopt effective management strategies to increase and improve the job satisfaction in hospital nurses .
