　　目的探讨美洛昔康在老年慢性前列腺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2009年5月至2011年5月本院收治的老年慢性前列腺炎患者128例，进行电脑随机性分组，两组均进行常规临床治疗，观察组给予美洛昔康治疗，对照组作为空白对照，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果分组治疗后，观察组效果优32例，效果良22例，效果中7例，效果差3例，效果优良率为84.37%；对照组效果优11例，效果良33例，效果中2例，效果差18例，效果优良率为68.75%。观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，并具有显著性差异，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论美洛昔康在治疗老年慢性前列腺炎上具有确切的临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。
　　목적탐토미락석강재노년만성전렬선염환자치료중적응용효과。방법선취2009년5월지2011년5월본원수치적노년만성전렬선염환자128례，진행전뇌수궤성분조，량조균진행상규림상치료，관찰조급여미락석강치료，대조조작위공백대조，비교량조환자적림상치료효과。결과분조치료후，관찰조효과우32례，효과량22례，효과중7례，효과차3례，효과우량솔위84.37%；대조조효과우11례，효과량33례，효과중2례，효과차18례，효과우량솔위68.75%。관찰조적림상료효명현우우대조조，병구유현저성차이，P＜0.05，유통계학의의。결론미락석강재치료노년만성전렬선염상구유학절적림상료효，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of meloxicam in treatment of elderly patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods 128 elderly patients with chronic prostatitis from 2009 May to 2011 May in our hospital were randomly grouped, computer, two groups were received routine treatment, the observation group was given meloxicam treatment, the control group as blank control, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The treatment group, the observation group was excellent in 32 cases, good effect in 22 cases, effect 7 cases, effect 3 cases, the excellent and good rate was 84.37%;the control group effect was excellent in 11 cases, good effect in 33 cases, effect 2 cases, effect 18 cases, the excellent and good rate was 68.75%. To observe the clinical effect of group was signiifcantly better than the control group, with signiifcant difference, P<0.05, there was statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Meloxicam has exact clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, it is worth for clinical use.
