目的观察口服磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法将180例急性胃肠炎患者随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组90例,给予口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊,2粒,tid;双歧杆菌四联活菌片,1.0g,tid;匹维溴铵片,100mg,tid。治疗组90例,在对照组治疗基础上口服磷酸铝凝胶,20g,tid。治疗3d后对比两组的疗效及不良反应。结果经3d治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为83.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎疗效显著,且安全、顺应性好。

목적관찰구복린산려응효치료급성위장염적림상료효。방법장180례급성위장염환자수궤분성대조조화치료조。대조조90례,급여구복복방곡안선알장용효낭,2립,tid;쌍기간균사련활균편,1.0g,tid;필유추안편,100mg,tid。치료조90례,재대조조치료기출상구복린산려응효,20g,tid。치료3d후대비량조적료효급불량반응。결과경3d치료후,치료조총유효솔위96.7%,대조조총유효솔위83.3%。량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론린산려응효치료급성위장염료효현저,차안전、순응성호。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods 180 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group of 90 cases, given oral compound glutamine capsule, 2 capsules, tid;tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets, 1.0g, tid;pinaverium bromide tablets, 100mg, tid. The treatment group of 90 cases, based on the treatment in control group oral aluminum phosphate gel, 20g, tid. Efficacy and adverse reactions of 3 days after treatment between the two groups. Results After 3 days of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, control group, the total efficiency of 83.3%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Aluminum phosphate gel in treating acute gastroenteritis and significant curative effect, safety, compliance.
