In the article the causes of blocking in the circular vibrating screen for ther-mal coal handling are mainly analyzed. The original comb type sieve plate of circular vibrating screen was transformed to bar type sieve plate and the structure of bar sieve plate was also optimized, completely solving the problem of frequent blocking, improving the performance of circular sieve and ensuring efficient coal supply.
