　　目的探究股骨锁定钢板联合股骨顺行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨中下段粉碎性骨折的效果。方法选取2009年5月至2011年6月来我院接受治疗的股骨中下段粉碎性骨折患者30例，采用股骨顺行交锁髓内钉联合股骨锁定钢板的治疗方法进行治疗，比较患者治疗前后Kotmert评分。结果根据Kotmert标准进行评分，治疗前：优0例，良0例，一般30例；治疗后：优21例，良8例，一般1例。结论股骨锁定钢板联合股骨顺行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨中下段粉碎性骨折的效果切确，优良率高，患者恢复快，适合临床推广使用。
　　목적탐구고골쇄정강판연합고골순행교쇄수내정치료고골중하단분쇄성골절적효과。방법선취2009년5월지2011년6월래아원접수치료적고골중하단분쇄성골절환자30례，채용고골순행교쇄수내정연합고골쇄정강판적치료방법진행치료，비교환자치료전후Kotmert평분。결과근거Kotmert표준진행평분，치료전：우0례，량0례，일반30례；치료후：우21례，량8례，일반1례。결론고골쇄정강판연합고골순행교쇄수내정치료고골중하단분쇄성골절적효과절학，우량솔고，환자회복쾌，괄합림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore the femoral locking plate combined with femoral antegrade interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femoral comminuted fractures. Methods The distal femur from 2009 May to 2011 June in our hospital treated 30 cases with comminuted fracture of femur, using anterograde interlocking intramedullary nail combined femoral locking plate in the treatment of patients with Kotmert score before and after treatment, comparison. Results According to the Kotmert scale, before treatment:excellent in 0 cases, good in 0 cases, 30cases in general;after treatment:excellent in 21 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 1 case. Conclusion Femoral locking plate combined with femoral antegrade femoral comminuted fracture in the middle inferior segment accurately the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail, the excellent and good rate was high, patients recovered quickly, suitable for clinical use.
