目的探讨电视监视下辅以加压进行动态尿路造影术,观察尿路器质性病变的诊断价值,提高对静脉肾盂造影的诊疗论据。方法采用腹部加压技术进行加压,人为造成输尿管梗阻,透视下观察76例尿路造影中双侧肾盂、肾盏及输尿管显影情况,适时摄取双肾区及输尿造影片。结果76例肾盂造影术,经临床验证,泌尿系结石48例,输尿管良性狭窄、梗阻2例,肾区及肾周肿瘤致肾盂、肾盏变形、受压移位4例;肾盂、输尿管重复畸形2例、单纯肾积水6例,其中合并肾积水及肾功下降显影延迟者分别24例和8例。正常14例。此方法能获得满意的显影效果。结论应用电视监视下进行加压造影术,均取得满意的诊断要求,既提高了造影质量和速度,又减少了摄片数量。此造影术,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective The essay discusses the dynamic urography with pressure under the TV monitoring , observes the diagnosis value of the urinary organic disease, improves the medical evidence of the intravenous pyelography. Method Press by using the abdominal pressure technology, cause the ureteral obstruction by man on purpose, observe the bilateral renal pelvis, calyces and ureter developing situation in urography of 76 cases under lfuoroscopy, take the medical imaging photo of the double kidney area and ureter on time. Results Through clinical evidence, among pyelography of 76 cases, 48cases:urinary calculus;2cases:ureter benign stricture ,obstruction;4cases:distortion and displacement of renal pelvis, calyces caused by the kidney area and perirenal tumors;2cases:reduplication deformity of renal pelvis, ureter;6cases:pure hydronephrosis. Among the above cases ,24cases:merger hydronephrosis;8cases:renal function decline and developing delay. 14cases:normal. We can get satisfactory development results by the method. Conclusion We can achieved satisfactory diagnostic requirements by urography with pressure under the TV monitoring ,it not only improves the quality and speed of the intravenous pyelography but also reduces the number of the medical imaging photo. The intravenous pyelography can be used widely in clinical application.
