目的：观察针对性护理干预对异位妊娠保守治疗患者的临床效果。方法：将我院2011年7月-2012年7月收治的84例异位妊娠保守治疗患者随机分为对照组与观察组，分别采取常规护理与针对性护理干预，比较两组患者临床疗效、心理状态及护理满意度。结果：观察组治愈率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对异位妊娠保守治疗患者采取针对性护理干预可明显提高患者临床疗效及护理满意度，改善其抑郁和焦虑情绪，患者依从性好，值得推广和应用。
목적：관찰침대성호리간예대이위임신보수치료환자적림상효과。방법：장아원2011년7월-2012년7월수치적84례이위임신보수치료환자수궤분위대조조여관찰조，분별채취상규호리여침대성호리간예，비교량조환자림상료효、심리상태급호리만의도。결과：관찰조치유솔급호리만의도균명현고우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조SAS화SDS평분명현저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：대이위임신보수치료환자채취침대성호리간예가명현제고환자림상료효급호리만의도，개선기억욱화초필정서，환자의종성호，치득추엄화응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:84 cases with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment were admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given the routine nursing while the observation group was given the targeted nursing intervention, the clinical efficacy, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The cure rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than which of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment patients of taking targeted nursing interventions can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, improve depression and anxiety, the patient compliance is good, which is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical.
