目的：探讨脑脊液中的天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）检测数值在颅内转移瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析566例颅内转移瘤患者的脑脊液生化检测中的AST数值资料。结果颅内转移瘤的患者AST升高所占比例在65％。结论脑脊液生化检测中的 AST数值对颅内转移瘤有很高的辅助诊断价值。

Objective Discussion on glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase test value in cerebrospinal fluid in diagnosis of intracranial metastatic tumor .Methods A retrospective analysis of 566 cases of intracranial metastasis of AST numerical data of cerebrospinal fluid biochemical detection of tumor patients .Results Intracranial me-tastases in patients with AST increased the proportion of over 65%.Conclusion AST numerical cerebrospinal fluid biochemical detection of high diagnostic value of in-tracranial metastatic tumorsn .
