　　自由是证明人的存在的重要概念。大学管理中的深层问题表现在如何建构学生自主性与学校管理的平衡性。本文从自由主义研究的概念、必要性等方面分析学生自由相关理论。最后通过分析高校管理中理性因素，实现学习与生活方式的理性回归。

Freedom is an important concept that proves one's existence. A deeper problem of college management is how to build the balance between students' autonomy and college management. From the concept and necessity of liberalism, this paper analyzes students freedom theory. In the end, through the analysis of the rational factors in college management, the rational return of learning and living style is achieved.
