危险化学品生产具有易燃、易爆、易中毒、高温、高压、易腐蚀等特点,与其他行业相比,潜在的不安全因素更多,危险性和危害性更大,因而对安全生产的要求也更严格。随着化学工业的发展,涉及到的化学物质的种类和数量显著增加,本文针对化工生产领域目前尚存在的问题,介绍了有关风险辨识和分析评价的各种方法,阐述了风险控制方面的研究进展,指出风险控制是危险化学品管理中的重点。

The production of dangerous chemicals has inflammable, explosive, easy toxic, high temperature and high pressure, corrupt features etc., compared with other industries, the potential unsafe factors, hazard and harm is greater, so the safety production requirements are more stringent. With the development of chemical industry, the species and quantities related to chemical material increase significantly. Aiming at the problems existing in chemical production field, the paper introduces various methods of the risk identification and analysis evaluation, expounds the research progress of risk control, points out that the risk control is the key point of management in dangerous chemicals.
