　　民营企业的快速发展对我国增加财政收入、提高就业率、保持社会稳定等起着不可替代的作用，但民营企业因其自身特殊性，使企业发展受到限制，其中融资问题是制约民营企业的重要瓶颈。本文在分析中小民营企业融资现状的基础上，创新中小民营企业融资模式，旨在促进民营企业健康可持续发展。

The rapid development of private enterprises plays an irreplaceable role on increasing revenues, improving employment and maintaining social stability, but because of the particularity of private enterprises, the development of enterprise is limited, the financing problem is the important bottleneck which restricts private enterprises. Based on the analysis of financing status quo of small and medium-sized private enterprises, the paper innovates financing mode of small and medium-sized private enterprises, aims to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private enterprises.
