随着建筑技术的日益成熟,地下空间利用意识的逐渐增强,城市建筑普遍出现地下室结构,由于传统底板迎水面柔性防水技术的缺陷,地下室裂缝漏水难以控制,本文结合国外防水技术的发展趋势,分析了造成地下室漏水渗水的原因,并且提出了新材料的应用,建议我国地下室采用背水面刚韧性防水来达到控制裂缝目的。

As construction technology is becoming more and more mature and underground space utilization awareness is gradually increasing, basement structure commonly appears in urban building. Due to the defect of traditional base plate upstream face flexible waterproof technology, it is difficult to control the basement fractures leaking. Combined with foreign waterproof technology development trend, this paper analyzes the causes for basement leaking, proposes application of new materials and suggests that China's basement adopt downstream face flexible waterproof to control the fractures.
