　　现代服务业的快速发展，对从业人员的综合素质提出了更高的要求。本文分别对现代服务业有关企业对员工综合素质要求和高职学生综合素质现状进行了调研分析，对面向现代服务业就业的高职生综合素质拓展模式提出新的思考。

With the rapid development of modern service , the so-ciety puts forward higher requests to the employees' comprehen-sive quality. This article respectively gives research and analyses the modern service enterprises employees' comprehensive quality and the current situation of the higher vocational students' com-prehensive quality. It also puts forward new thinking of higher vocational students' quality expansion mode who are oriented modern service employment.
