　　方法研究是工业工程体系中最基础也是最重要的理论与方法之一，主要着眼于对现有工作方法的改进。本文应用方法研究中的流程程序分析和人-机作业分析，深入分析了等静压作业过程，找到了等静压作业中存在的问题，并在工作流程、作业方法、工装器具和现场布置等方面进行了改善。通过对比分析，该作业改善后提高了设备的利用率和生产效率，降低了人员的劳动强度，并在一定程度上改善了工人的作业环境，提高了产品的品质。

Method study is one of the most basic and also the most important theories and methods in industrial engineering system, which mainly focuses on the improvement of the existing methods of work. Method study of procedure analysis and human-machine operations analysis are used in this paper to make in-depth analysis of the isostatic pressing operation process, and the problems existed in the isostatic pressing operation are found, and improvement has been made in the aspect of work processes, operating methods, tooling equipment and on-site layout and so on. Through comparative analysis, the improved work has enhanced the equipment utilization and production efficiency, and reduced the labor intensity. Moreover the work environment has been improved to a certain extent, and the product quality has been improved too.
