This paper firstly introduces the current situation of in-fluence of integrated engineering training proficiency competition, and then, from the real situation and students' practical partici-pation in our school, interprets the significance and measures of implementing applied and innovative talent cultivation based on integrated engineering training proficiency competition from such aspects as promoting learning, teaching and reforming.
