综合运用定额法等研究方法对奇台诸小河流域生活、生产、生态等需水量进行预测分析,确定未来不同水平年的需水总量。结果表明,奇台诸小河流域农业需水量始终占据着主导地位,由于农业需水量下降较大,导致总需水量下降。生活需水量、第二、三产业需水量、生态环境美化需水量呈现增长趋势。需水量预测结果为奇台水资源配置和产业结构调整提供了基础依据。

The study methods such as quota method are comprehensively applied for forecast and analysis on water demands for living, production and ecological activities in the small Qitai catchments so as to determine the total water demands at different target years in the future.The study shows that the water demand for agricultural activities in the above-mentioned catchments predominates all the time. The large drop of the agricultural water demand results in the drop of the total water demands.The water demands for living, industries, service fields and ecological environment intend to increase.The forecast results of the water demands provide Qitai water resources ar-rangement and industrial structural re-organization with sound basis.
