Self-made Xuan Fu Dang Gui decoction%Stomachache%Clinical effect
目的：观察“自拟旋覆当归汤”治疗胃痛临床疗效。方法：收治胃脘痛患者500例，分为西药组150例，成药组150例及汤药组200例，观察治疗效果。结果：汤药组疗效明显优于其他两组，经统计，汤药组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：“自拟旋覆当归汤”治疗胃痛疗效显著。

목적：관찰“자의선복당귀탕”치료위통림상료효。방법：수치위완통환자500례，분위서약조150례，성약조150례급탕약조200례，관찰치료효과。결과：탕약조료효명현우우기타량조，경통계，탕약조여기타량조비교차이유통계학의의。결론：“자의선복당귀탕”치료위통료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of " self-made Xuan Fu Dang Gui decoction" in the treatment of stomachache. Methods:500 patients with stomachache were selected,there were divided into western medicine group of 150 cases,medicine group of 150 cases and decoction group of 200 cases.we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The decoction group was significantly better than the other two groups,by the statistics,the decoction group compared with the other two groups had significant difference.Conclusion:The clinical effect of " self-made Xuan Fu Dang Gui decoction" in the treatment of stomachache is significant.
