　　目的观察复方苦参注射液联合CAG方案对骨髓增生低下以及老年急性髓系白血病的疗效及不良反应。方法对照组采用单纯CAG预激方案（阿柔比星、阿糖胞苷、重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子）化疗，治疗组以复方苦参注射液联合CAG方案治疗，2组输血、抗感染等支持治疗皆相同。评价2组临床疗效、骨髓抑制、非血液系统不良反应及骨髓内原始细胞减少指数。结果2组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P<0.05），治疗组消化道反应、感染和肝肾毒性等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论复方苦参注射液联合CAG方案可明显提高骨髓增生低下以及老年急性髓系白血病的疗效及减轻其不良反应，是安全有效的治疗方案，复方苦参注射液联合化疗对急性髓系白血病（AML）有增效及减毒作用。
　　목적관찰복방고삼주사액연합CAG방안대골수증생저하이급노년급성수계백혈병적료효급불량반응。방법대조조채용단순CAG예격방안（아유비성、아당포감、중조인립세포집락자격인자）화료，치료조이복방고삼주사액연합CAG방안치료，2조수혈、항감염등지지치료개상동。평개2조림상료효、골수억제、비혈액계통불량반응급골수내원시세포감소지수。결과2조총유효솔비교유현저성차이（P<0.05），치료조소화도반응、감염화간신독성등불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론복방고삼주사액연합CAG방안가명현제고골수증생저하이급노년급성수계백혈병적료효급감경기불량반응，시안전유효적치료방안，복방고삼주사액연합화료대급성수계백혈병（AML）유증효급감독작용。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects of compound recipe lightyellow sophora root injecta combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of elderly patients and hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome with AML. Methods The control group was given CAG regimen and treatment group was given compound recipe light yellow sophora root injecta besides CAG regimen. two groups of blood transfusion, anti-infective and supportive care are the same. Evaluate The clinical efficacy,bone marrow suppression,non-hematologic adverse reactions and MBDI. Results The treatment group of the complete remission rate and total effective rate were 72.4%and 86.2%,while the control group were 57.1% and 67.9%,the two groups has statistically significant difference (P<0.05),the adverse reactions of digestive gastrointestinal reactions,infections,and liver and kidney toxicity in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound matrine injection combined with CAG regimen can significantly improve low bone marrow hyperplasia,and elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia patients and alleviate the its adverse reactions, it is a safe and effective treatment options,compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy the synergism in AML and The attenuated role.
