目的探讨高频振荡通气(high-frequency oscillatory ventilation,HFOV)对新生儿呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法比较36例经CMV(常频机械通气)和HFOV治疗的呼吸衰竭患儿治疗前后FiO 2、0 I、OIa/APO2的差异。结果 HFOV治疗后,呼吸衰竭患儿的FiO 2、OIa/APO2较CMV组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论 HFOV能更有效地改善通气及氧合,减少并发症,降低病死率,较CMV使用更为安全。

목적탐토고빈진탕통기(high-frequency oscillatory ventilation,HFOV)대신생인호흡쇠갈적치료효과。방법비교36례경CMV(상빈궤계통기)화HFOV치료적호흡쇠갈환인치료전후FiO 2、0 I、OIa/APO2적차이。결과 HFOV치료후,호흡쇠갈환인적FiO 2、OIa/APO2교CMV조명현하강,차이유통계학의의(P<O.05)。결론 HFOV능경유효지개선통기급양합,감소병발증,강저병사솔,교CMV사용경위안전。
Objective Observing the clinical effect of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) for the respiratory failure neonate. Methods The FiO 2, OI OIa/APO 2 of the 36 respiratory failure neonate cases after the treatment of CMV and HFOV treatment were compared. Results The FiO 2, OI OIa/APO 2 of neonates after HFOV treatment were signiifcantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion HFOV can effectively improve ventilate and oxygenation. Meanwhile the complication and case fatality rate were reduced. Compared with CMV, HFOV was safer for the neonates.
