针对恒压供水系统的控制改进需求,研究了MCP-PID控制器用于恒压供水系统的参数整定和性能测评问题,导出了按调整时间计算的MCP-PID控制器整定公式。应用MCP-PID控制的恒压供水系统仿真试验表明:与传统的ZN-PID控制相比,MCP-PID控制具有鲁棒性强、超调量小和调整时间短的优点。
針對恆壓供水繫統的控製改進需求,研究瞭MCP-PID控製器用于恆壓供水繫統的參數整定和性能測評問題,導齣瞭按調整時間計算的MCP-PID控製器整定公式。應用MCP-PID控製的恆壓供水繫統倣真試驗錶明:與傳統的ZN-PID控製相比,MCP-PID控製具有魯棒性彊、超調量小和調整時間短的優點。

According to the requirement of constant pressure water supply system, a MCP-PID controller with parameter turning and performance evaluation is studied. The tuning formulae to calculate system’s regulation time for MCP-PID controller are derived. The simulation test results show that the MCP-PID controller has advantages of strong robustness, little overshoot and short adjustment time compared with the traditional ZN-PID controller.
