　　目的探讨改良三折式手术床在截石位手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析收治的80例进行截石位手术患者的临床资料。结果主刀医师对改良三折式手术床满意度高于传统三折式手术床，患者对其手术体位舒适度的评价也高于传统三折式手术床。而且术后对照组并发症的发生情况高于实验组（P<0.05），实验组SF-36生活质量调查表的得分情况高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论改良三折式手术床应用于截石位手术有利于主刀医师顺利进行手术，提高患者舒适度，有效减少了神经损伤等术后并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量。
　　목적탐토개량삼절식수술상재절석위수술중적응용효과。방법회고성분석수치적80례진행절석위수술환자적림상자료。결과주도의사대개량삼절식수술상만의도고우전통삼절식수술상，환자대기수술체위서괄도적평개야고우전통삼절식수술상。이차술후대조조병발증적발생정황고우실험조（P<0.05），실험조SF-36생활질량조사표적득분정황고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론개량삼절식수술상응용우절석위수술유리우주도의사순리진행수술，제고환자서괄도，유효감소료신경손상등술후병발증적발생，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the applications effects of improved triple operating table in the lithotomy position surgery. Methods Clinical information of 80 patients in our hospital for lithotomy position surgery was analysed retrospectively. Results Satisfaction of the surgeon was better for improved triple operating table than traditional triple operating table, degree of comfort of patients was also better than traditional triple operating table.And the occurrence of postoperative complications in the control group was higher than the experimental group, the score of SF-36 quality of life questionnaire was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The improved triple operating table used in the lithotomy position surgeon is beneficial to the smooth progress of surgery, and also can improve comfort of patient, reduce incidence of post-operative complications sucn as nerve injury,and improve the patient's quality of life.
