目的：探讨颅骨修补术手术要点及注意事项。方法：回顾性总结及分析54例颅骨修补术患者的临床资料。结果：54例患者中50例伤口均I期愈合，4例切口边缘头皮发黑；4例术后出现皮下积液；1例出现硬膜外血肿；1例出现癫痫。结论：颅骨修补手术不可小视，良好的手术技巧，规范的手术操作具有非常重要的意义。
목적：탐토로골수보술수술요점급주의사항。방법：회고성총결급분석54례로골수보술환자적림상자료。결과：54례환자중50례상구균I기유합，4례절구변연두피발흑；4례술후출현피하적액；1례출현경막외혈종；1례출현전간。결론：로골수보수술불가소시，량호적수술기교，규범적수술조작구유비상중요적의의。
Objective:To investigate the cranioplasty operation points and precautions.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 54 cases of cranioplasty in our department was carried out.Results:Among 54 patients, 50 patients were stage I wound healing, four cases of scalp incision edges black;4 cases of postoperative seroma;1 case of epidural hematoma;1 case of epilepsy.Conclusion:skull repair surgery should be paid attention to. Good surgical technique and standard surgical operation has a very important significance.
