旨在对《机械行业清洁生产评价指标体系（试行）》中万元工业增加值综合能耗值的设置进行论证和修正。通过企业案例分析将原指标体系中设定的0.42 kgce/万元修改为0.1 tce/万元，并证明修正后的指标值能更客观评价企业真实的清洁生产水平。

The inappropriate value of energy consumption index in cleaner production index system in machinery industry (trial) was argued and amended. And the original value 0.42 kgce per ten thousand yuan was set to 0.1 tce per ten thousand yuan through the analysis of enterprise case. Furthermore, it was proved that the revised value could be more objective to evaluate the real level of clean production.
