目前我国火电行业高速发展,火电厂排放的NOx和SO2分别占到全国总排放量的40%以上。对火电厂排放的大气污染物进行化学物种分配、时间分配和空间分配,编制网格化排放清单,以期对火电行业的环境影响进行研究从而为我国污染物排放控制政策的制订和环境规划管理提供科学依据。进行空间分配时首次提出按照火电厂的机组容量和排放限值进行分配的思路;进行化学物种分配时参照CB-IV化学机理;进行时间分配时参照国内外学者对于中国及欧洲地区火电源的时间排放规律的研究。

At present, the high-speed development of thermal power plants in China has led to a great deal of emission of NOx and SO2, which accounts for 40% of the country's total emission. In this study, air pollutants from power plants were allocated in chemical species, time and space. And a gridded emission inventory was established which made it possible to study the environmental impact of power plants and provide a scientific basis for pollutant emissions control policy formulation and management of environmental planning in our country. Idea was first proposed in spatial allocation that pollutants are allocated according to power plant units and Standard limits. CB-IV chemical mechanism was referred in chemical species allocation. Studies of experts at home and abroad on time emission characteristics of power plants in China and Europe were referred in temporal allocation.
