目的:探讨参麦注射液致不良反应的规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对国内1994-2012年临床应用参麦注射液出现的不良反应文献报道进行整理,从患者性别及年龄分布、ADR发生时间、既往过敏史、原患疾病、用药情况、ADR累及器官/系统、临床表现、治疗措施及转归等方面进行分析和归纳。结果:86例ADR中,男性37例(43.02%),女性49例(56.98%),多数ADR发生在用药后30 min内。参麦注射液的不良反应类型较多,临床表现复杂多样,可累及机体多个器官和系统,其中以过敏性休克最为常见。结论:引起参麦注射液不良反应的因素较多,机制较复杂。应严格控制药品质量,加强用药过程中的监测,切实做到合理用药。

목적:탐토삼맥주사액치불량반응적규률화특점,위림상안전용약제공삼고。방법:대국내1994-2012년림상응용삼맥주사액출현적불량반응문헌보도진행정리,종환자성별급년령분포、ADR발생시간、기왕과민사、원환질병、용약정황、ADR루급기관/계통、림상표현、치료조시급전귀등방면진행분석화귀납。결과:86례ADR중,남성37례(43.02%),녀성49례(56.98%),다수ADR발생재용약후30 min내。삼맥주사액적불량반응류형교다,림상표현복잡다양,가루급궤체다개기관화계통,기중이과민성휴극최위상견。결론:인기삼맥주사액불량반응적인소교다,궤제교복잡。응엄격공제약품질량,가강용약과정중적감측,절실주도합리용약。
Objective: To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by Shenmai injection, and provide references for the safety of drug use in clinic. Methods:The domestic reports of ADRs caused by Shenmai injection from 1994 to 2012 were retrieved and analyzed in respect of the distribution of gender and age, occurrence time of ADRs, allergic history of the patients, the primary diseases, utilization of drugs, organs or systems involved in ADRs, main clinical manifestations, rescuing measures and prognosis, etc. Results: Among the 86 ADR cases, there were 37 male patients accounting for 43.02%, and there were 49 female patients accounting for 56.98%. Most of the ADRs induced by Shenmai injection occurred within 30 minutes after injection. Clinical symptoms of ADRs were complex and diversiform. These ADRs involved in multi-organs and systems, including nervous system, respiratory system, skin and appendix, etc. The allergic shock was the most common in all ADRs. Conclusion:There were many related factors of ADRs induced by Shenmai injection, while the mechanism was complex. The drug quality should be strictly controlled. The process of drug use should be strictly monitored in order to reduce the incidence of ADR caused by Shenmai injection and ensure the rational drug use.
