　　高校学生逆商的培养和提升是学生完善人格、成为适应社会高素质人才的重要保证。通过对当代大学生逆商缺乏表现的分析，指出在北方高校冰雪体育教学中实施学生逆商培养的重要意义为：利于学生的身心健康、促进学生人的现代化进程和培养学生优良的社会品质；并提出确立合理的教学目标、运用正确的教学方法和手段、营造适宜的教学情境等培养途径，为不断提高北方高校冰雪体育教学质量和效果提供理论参考。

Cultivation and promotion of the adversity quotient of undergraduates is an important guarantee for them to perfect personality, become high-quality talent to adapt to society.Through the analysis of the ad-versity quotient of contemporary undergraduates lack of performance , the paper pointed out the important meaning in the north universities to have adversity quotient training in the ice -snow sports teaching: im-prove their physical and mental health , promote their human modernization and to training their good social quality.And it puts forward reasonable teaching goal , use proper teaching methods and means , creating suitable training methods.It provide a theoretical reference for continuously improving the quality of the ice-snow sports teaching quality and effect in northern universities .
