目的:分析三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)及 HER-2过表达型乳腺癌 MRI 动态增强特征及 ADC值,提高对两者 MRI特征的认识。方法对入组三阴性乳腺癌与 HER-2过表达乳腺癌患者的 MRI动态增强图像进行分析,测量ADC值,进行统计学比较。结果 TNBC与 HER-2过表达型乳腺癌病灶形状、边缘、强化方式及 ADC 值之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);而年龄、是否肿块、病灶类别及时间-信号曲线(time signal intensity curve,TIC)无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI动态增强特征(病灶形状、边缘、强化方式)与 ADC值对鉴别TNBC及 HER-2过表达型乳腺癌有意义。

목적:분석삼음성유선암(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)급 HER-2과표체형유선암 MRI 동태증강특정급 ADC치,제고대량자 MRI특정적인식。방법대입조삼음성유선암여 HER-2과표체유선암환자적 MRI동태증강도상진행분석,측량ADC치,진행통계학비교。결과 TNBC여 HER-2과표체형유선암병조형상、변연、강화방식급 ADC 치지간차이유현저성(P<0.05);이년령、시부종괴、병조유별급시간-신호곡선(time signal intensity curve,TIC)무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 MRI동태증강특정(병조형상、변연、강화방식)여 ADC치대감별TNBC급 HER-2과표체형유선암유의의。
Objective To analyze the DCE-MRI features and ADC value in triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpres-sion breast cancer,and to improve the j udgment of both characteristic in MRI.Methods To analyse the DCE-MRI imaging of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,measured the ADC value and compared the statistics.Results Compared with the shape, margin,the way of enhancement and ADC value of the TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,the distinction has statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant difference among age,mass or nomass,categories of lesions and TIC,(P>0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI features of the shape,margin,the way of enhancement and ADC values were useful for the diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer.
