高压手动截止阀为降低操作力矩大都采用卸荷结构,现有卸荷结构在使用过程中存在功能无法实现或者卸荷效率低的问题。提出一种卸荷结构,介绍其功能原理,提供一种优化设计方法得到结构参数的合理匹配。试验表明,应用该卸荷结构的截止阀操作便利,性能可靠。

The unloading device was used in the manual high-pressure cut-off valve to reduce the operating hand moment. However, the existing unloading device has the problems such as the poor unloading efficiency, or the hard manual operation. In this paper, a kind of unloading device was offered to solve the mentioned problems. The function principle of the unloading device was offered and a kind of optimization design method was applied to have reasonable matching parameters of the unloading device. The cut-off valve applying the unloading device was verified to have a more reliable performance and flexible operation.
