文章采用姜黄天然色素对丝绸上染,用上染百分率和表观深度(K/S 值)说明pH 值、染色温度、染色时间以及电解质用量对上染效果的影响。再分别通过不同的媒染剂和媒染方法对丝绸进行媒染染色,确定染色工艺条件。实验发现媒染工艺可提高上染率和表观深度,采用富镧氯化稀土做媒染剂,及后媒染色工艺,其上染率比姜黄素直接染色提升27.53%,染色后丝绸试样耐洗色牢度3~4级,摩擦牢度4~5级,可满足生产和生活的需要。

Radix curcumae longae was applied to dye silk in the paper,Dye-uptake and apparent depth were tested to explain the effect of pH,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,dosage of electrolyte. Based on them,mordant dyeing process was applied to improve the dye-uptake and the apparent depth.different mordants,mordant dosages and mordant dyeing methods were tried on silk dyeing, we found the best mordant was found to be lanthanon chloride,with post-mordant dyeing process,the dye-uptake is enhanced 27. 53 % compared to direct dyeing.Meanwhile,the fastness of washing and crocking reached to grade of 3~4 and 4~5 respectively.
