在入世、扩大开放和教育全球化、国际化的背景下，我国教育的开放获得了长足发展，各项教育开放政策取得了良好的效果，虽然在实践中存在一些问题，但为未来在更广泛的领域、更高层次上与教育发达国家进行交流和合作，提高教育开放的整体水平打下了坚实基础。
在入世、擴大開放和教育全毬化、國際化的揹景下，我國教育的開放穫得瞭長足髮展，各項教育開放政策取得瞭良好的效果，雖然在實踐中存在一些問題，但為未來在更廣汎的領域、更高層次上與教育髮達國傢進行交流和閤作，提高教育開放的整體水平打下瞭堅實基礎。
재입세、확대개방화교육전구화、국제화적배경하，아국교육적개방획득료장족발전，각항교육개방정책취득료량호적효과，수연재실천중존재일사문제，단위미래재경엄범적영역、경고층차상여교육발체국가진행교류화합작，제고교육개방적정체수평타하료견실기출。
The opening up of Chinese Education synchronized with the opening and reform of China. After joining WTO, expanding the opening and globalization of education, a series of relevant policies that China implemented has made satisfactory effects. Even if there are some problems in practice, these policies will lay a solid foundation stone for the communication and cooperation between China and the developed countries in wider fields and higher levels.
