低碳产业发展，对于促进生态经济区建设意义重大。对生态经济区低碳产业进行正确、系统、完整的评价，需要建立一套科学合理的评价指标体系。文章从发展质量、能源消耗、资源保障三大方面着手，尝试提出了29项具体指标，并以我国鄱阳湖生态经济区为例，对评价指标的实践应用进行了简要分析。

The development of the low carbon industry in the ecological economic zone is very important for the construction of the ecological economic zone and the enhancement of itself. It is need to establish a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system to evaluate the development of the low carbon industry in the ecological economic zone correctly, systematically and completely. This essay try to put forward 29 specific indicators based on the quality of development, energy consumption and resource security. Besides, we discuss the calculation and weight of each indicator. Then, a practical evaluation index system for the development of the low carbon industry in the ecological economic zone has been constructed. Finally, we take the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in China as a practical example and do some relative analyses.
