目的:系统评价血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及安全性。方法:检索血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗塞随机对照试验文献。筛选合格研究,进行质量评价,使用Stata10.0软件进行疗效性分析和安全性系统评价。结果:21项研究符合纳入标准,合并统计量后,试验组与对照组疗效差异有统计学意义。R R=1.19,95%可信区间为(1.13,1.24)。有12篇有不良事件记录。血塞通注射液组与对照组的不良事件发生率分别为1.1%和0.69%。结论:血塞通注射液对治疗急性脑梗塞有一定疗效。由于纳入研究质量普遍较低等因素影响,还需进行更多高质量的随机对照试验来证实。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of xuesaitong injection for treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of xuesaitong injection for acute cerebral infarction treatment were retrieved. Jadad scale index was used to assess the literature quality. Data analysis was performed by Stata10.0 software. Results: 21 RCTs were selected and all papers were of low methodological quality according to Jadad score index. RR of overall effective rate was 1.18, [95%CI(1.13,1.24)]. 12 RCTs had adverse events descriptions.The incidence of adverse events in xuesaitonggroup and control group was 1.1%and 0.69%respectively. Conclusion:This systematic review showed that xuesaitong injection was effective for treating acute cerebral infarction. However, the evidence was not strong due to the general low methodological quality of the RCTs. More rationally designed and strictly executed RCTs with large amount of samples were necessary.
