目的：分析我市基层医疗机构门诊处方常见问题，促进基层医疗机构临床合理用药。方法：随机抽查20家基层医疗机构2013年上半年门诊处方各100张，共2000张，按照《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》等相应法律法规对其进行点评分析。结果：基层医疗机构门诊抗菌药物使用率为35.10%，高于国家规定；不合理处方所占比例最高的为不规范处方，所占比例为60.76%。结论：基层医疗机构门诊处方存在较多问题，处方合理率较低，需加强培训，提高处方质量，促进药物的合理应用。

목적：분석아시기층의료궤구문진처방상견문제，촉진기층의료궤구림상합리용약。방법：수궤추사20가기층의료궤구2013년상반년문진처방각100장，공2000장，안조《처방관리판법》화《의원처방점평관리규범(시행)》등상응법율법규대기진행점평분석。결과：기층의료궤구문진항균약물사용솔위35.10%，고우국가규정；불합리처방소점비례최고적위불규범처방，소점비례위60.76%。결론：기층의료궤구문진처방존재교다문제，처방합리솔교저，수가강배훈，제고처방질량，촉진약물적합리응용。
Objective:To analyze the outpatient prescriptions of basic medical institutions and to promote rational clinical use of drugs. Methods:According to Prescription management method and Management Standards of Hospital Prescription Evaluation (trail) , 2000 pieces of outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from 20 basic medical institutions and analyzed. Results:The usage rate of antibiotics in 20 basic medical institutions was 35.10%, which was above the state-specified standard. The Non-standard prescriptions accounts for the highest percentage of the unreasonable prescriptions and the rate reached 60.76%. Conclusion: The rate of qualified prescriptions was low and many problems existed in outpatient prescription in basic medical institutions. It is necessary to strengthen the training and improve the qualified rate of prescription, and thus promote the rational use of drugs.
