目的确定健康管理生活方式问卷的最小数据集,利用最少数据元规范化表达健康体检生活方式问卷信息。方法采用生活方式问卷概念框架基础上自定义的生活方式问卷,对某三甲医院体检中心2012年某一周的体检人群进行调查,主要调查内容是生活方式信息。采用问卷的信度和效度分析,评价问卷的内容和结构。结果问卷信度评价结果显示,问卷各维度内部的相关系数远大于外部,其中整体Cronbach’α系数>0.6,说明问卷的条目结构合理。验证性因子分析结果显示问卷结构与模型的拟合程度较好,GIF和CIF分别是0.83和0.74。问卷各维度条目的因子载荷均大于0.4,部分维度之间的相关系数也大于0.4。结论采用验证性因子分析确定的健康管理生活方式问卷最小数据集为健康管理生活方式问卷的制定提供了参考和标准依据,有助于数据的收集、管理和分析,但最小数据集还有待听取专家提议和进一步扩大样本量来验证,数据元标准化工作还有待进一步完善。

Objective We aimed to refine a minimum data set by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and use the least data elements in the minimum data set to standardly express the information in the lifestyle questionnaire of health examination. Methods A self-designed questionnaire which was based on the conceptual framework was used to capture the information about the lifestyle of healthy crowd at physical examination centers in some top level hospitals during a particular week in 2012. The content and framework of the questionnaire were assessed by validity and reliability analysis. Results Result of the reliability evaluation showed that the inside correlative coefficients of dimensions were larger than those of the outside, and the Cronbach’α coefficient of the questionnaire was greater than 0.6, which indicated that the structure of the items in the questionnaire were reasonable. CFA results showed that the model structure was well fitted. GIF and CIF were 0.83 and 0.74 respectively. The factors load of questionnaire dimensions were greater than 0.4 and parts of coefficient of correlation between dimensions were greater than 0.4. Conclusion A minimum data set of health management lifestyle questionnaire has been refined to restricted the minimum measurements set of lifestyle. The minimum data set provided the standards of the data elements, thus medical examination centers could refer to the minimum data set to establish the healthy lifestyle questionnaire themselves. It was helpful for the standardization of physical examination questionnaire, the process of data collection and management as well as data analysis. However, the minimum data set should be perfected according to experts’further suggestions and by enlarging the examination population, and also the standardization of the data elements should be further improved.
