我国现代大学治理中的委托代理博弈主要涉及三个方面：一是大学与政府的委托代理关系博弈，二是大学与社会的委托代理关系博弈，三是大学与个人的委托代理关系博弈。这三种委托代理关系博弈力量均不平衡，委托代理关系不和谐，亟待解决。
我國現代大學治理中的委託代理博弈主要涉及三箇方麵：一是大學與政府的委託代理關繫博弈，二是大學與社會的委託代理關繫博弈，三是大學與箇人的委託代理關繫博弈。這三種委託代理關繫博弈力量均不平衡，委託代理關繫不和諧，亟待解決。
아국현대대학치리중적위탁대리박혁주요섭급삼개방면：일시대학여정부적위탁대리관계박혁，이시대학여사회적위탁대리관계박혁，삼시대학여개인적위탁대리관계박혁。저삼충위탁대리관계박혁역량균불평형，위탁대리관계불화해，극대해결。
The game in principal-agent of the governance of Chinese modern university mainly involves three aspects:one is the game in the principal-agent relationship between the University and the government , the second is the principal-agent relationship between the University and society , the third is the game principal-agent relation-ship between the University and the individual .The three kinds of principal-agent game are imbalance;the princi-pal-agent relationship is not harmonious , and urgent solution is neede .
