报告1例柳氮磺吡啶致药物超敏反应综合征。患者男，34岁。因溃疡性结肠炎使用柳氮磺吡啶1个月后出现皮疹，伴发热、白细胞及肝功能异常。皮肤科检查：全身可见泛发鲜红色斑丘疹，部分融合成片，触压皮肤可褪色。结合用药史、临床表现及实验室检查诊断为药物超敏反应综合征，给予系统应用糖皮质激素、静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白、保肝及护胃等治疗后病情好转。
보고1례류담광필정치약물초민반응종합정。환자남，34세。인궤양성결장염사용류담광필정1개월후출현피진，반발열、백세포급간공능이상。피부과검사：전신가견범발선홍색반구진，부분융합성편，촉압피부가퇴색。결합용약사、림상표현급실험실검사진단위약물초민반응종합정，급여계통응용당피질격소、정맥주사용인면역구단백、보간급호위등치료후병정호전。
A case of sulfasalazine-induced hypersensitivity syndrome was reported. A 34-year-old male, presented macu-lopapular rash with fever, alterations of white cell populations and dysfunction of the liver after one-month treatment with sul-fasalazine for ulcerative colitis. Dermatological examination showed scarlet and partly confluent maculopapules over the entire body. The rash blanches on pressure. According to the history of treatment with sulfasalazine, clinical manifestation and labo-ratory examination, drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome was diagnosed. The treatment produced a marked improvement af-ter the initiation of systemic corticosteroids, immunoglobulin and supportive therapy.
