报告1例卵巢癌皮肤转移。患者女，61岁。临床表现为右侧躯干部红斑、斑块、结节伴痒痛1个月余，皮损呈增大趋势，部分可见橘皮样外观。皮损组织病理学检查表现为真皮内见多数大小不一的瘤细胞团块，由上皮样瘤细胞构成，核圆形或椭圆形，细胞异形，部分瘤细胞形成腺腔。诊断为皮肤转移癌。
보고1례란소암피부전이。환자녀，61세。림상표현위우측구간부홍반、반괴、결절반양통1개월여，피손정증대추세，부분가견귤피양외관。피손조직병이학검사표현위진피내견다수대소불일적류세포단괴，유상피양류세포구성，핵원형혹타원형，세포이형，부분류세포형성선강。진단위피부전이암。
A case of skin metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer was reported. Lesions of the patient were mainly in the right side of the trunk. Erythema, plaques, nodules with tickle and pain were the major clinical manifestations for more than a month. Lesions tended to increase, and partially showed orange peel-like appearance. Histopathological examination showed a majority of tumor cells’clumps of different sizes within the dermis, which composed of the epithelioid tumor cells. And the nucleus appeared round or oval shapes, cells showed atypia. Some tumor cells formed glandular?luminal structure. The diag-nosis of skin cancer metastasis is made.
