基于ABAQUS/Explicit有限元平台对7075铸造铝合金筒形件强力热反旋成形进行数值模拟,分析减薄率、预热温度对筒形件旋压成形过程中喇叭口缺陷的影响。结果表明,减薄率为20%、预热温度为300℃时,工件壁厚减薄均匀且内壁保持贴模;减薄率为30%、预热温度为325℃时,工件出现明显的喇叭口现象,扩径度最大,达5.35%。综合分析表明,最佳工艺参数为减薄率20%、预热温度300℃。

기우ABAQUS/Explicit유한원평태대7075주조려합금통형건강력열반선성형진행수치모의,분석감박솔、예열온도대통형건선압성형과정중나팔구결함적영향。결과표명,감박솔위20%、예열온도위300℃시,공건벽후감박균균차내벽보지첩모;감박솔위30%、예열온도위325℃시,공건출현명현적나팔구현상,확경도최대,체5.35%。종합분석표명,최가공예삼수위감박솔20%、예열온도300℃。
Based on the platform of ABAQUS/Explicit ,hot power backward spinning process of 7075 casting aluminum alloy tube was simulated .It analyzed the effect of thinning rate and preheating temperature on bell mouth in tube spinning process .The re-sult shows that when the thinning rate is 20% and the preheating temperature is 300 ℃ ,the tube with uniform wall and no bell mouth is achieved .But when the thinning rate is 30% and the preheating temperature is 325℃ ,there is an obvious phenomenon of bell mouth ,and the maximum expanding degree is reached ,namely 5.35% .So comprehensives analyzed represent that the op-timum thinning rate and preheating temperature are 20% and 300 ℃ ,respectively .
