本科生就业难的问题日益突出,而高校专业设置与就业市场的脱节现象以及本科生对自身主观能动性和本专业课程设置的理解偏差,导致社会上对大学教育模式的诟病。大学向社会输送人才需要落实“三步走”战略,即夯实公民教育,培养由理论知识到工作能力的转化能力并最终引导学生进入就业市场。实践证明,学生充分调动能动性,高校积极培养转化能力,企业充分落实职前培训,是应对高校人才培养模式与就业市场之间脱节的有效策略。

The increasingly difficult employment problem for undergraduates has intensified, as evidenced by the disconnection be-tween specialty setting in higher education institution and the job market, plus a biased understanding among college students towards their subjective initiative as well as professional curriculum designs. The current college education pattern, as a result, has drawn a lot of criticism from the society. A three-step strategy is suggested for universities to provide talents for the job market. Firstly, provide an all-round civic ed-ucation, secondly, cultivate a transformative capacity in which theoretical knowledge can be transformed into specific competence, and third-ly, guide undergraduates to enter the job market. Practice has proven that it is effective to address the above-mentioned disconnection issue by giving full play to the subjective initiative of students, emphasizing the transformative capacity and pre-professional programs.
