本文研究一种新型农业用调压阀结构,调压原理为弹簧调压。通过弹簧调压试验,得出弹簧为同一型号时,改变系统的入口压力,其出口压力降低并基本保持不变;入口压力一定时,弹簧的直径型号越小,出口压力越低,即弹簧调压作用越明显。
本文研究一種新型農業用調壓閥結構,調壓原理為彈簧調壓。通過彈簧調壓試驗,得齣彈簧為同一型號時,改變繫統的入口壓力,其齣口壓力降低併基本保持不變;入口壓力一定時,彈簧的直徑型號越小,齣口壓力越低,即彈簧調壓作用越明顯。
본문연구일충신형농업용조압벌결구,조압원리위탄황조압。통과탄황조압시험,득출탄황위동일형호시,개변계통적입구압력,기출구압력강저병기본보지불변;입구압력일정시,탄황적직경형호월소,출구압력월저,즉탄황조압작용월명현。
A new type of pressure regulating valve for agriculture irrigation, which used spring to regulate pressure was studied. Through the spring regulating pres-sure test, it concluded that for the pressure regulating valve with same spring mod-el, the outer pressure became smal er than the inlet pressure of the system and with the changes of inlet pressure, the outlet pressure remained almost the same, and that when inlet pressure was constant, the valve with smal er spring diameter had lower outlet pressure, indicating that the pressure regulating effect of the spring was more obvious with smal er diameter.
